By booking services with The Anderson Collective Co., you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payment

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Payment in full is due within 14 days of final media delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will have the deposit applied to a future shoot.

Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Delivery Timeline
-
Edited photos are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.

Edited videos are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
​
Usage Rights
-
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes.

The Anderson Collective Co. retains copyright ownership of all media.

Travel
-
Projects outside the DFW area may include travel fees.
​
Liability
-
We are not responsible for delays or reshoots due to weather, property access issues, or circumstances outside our control.
